General Monthly Meeting

Come Join us for our monthly General meeting.

Join us on Zoom for this months general meeting. Come prepared with your favorite snack and beverage, and maybe bring some of the pieces that you have been working on for show and tell.

This months Class:

Pattern: Superduo Rope - Three Bead Netting

Instructor: Debby Zook

Supplies Needed:
Superduo, twin beads, or diamanduo beads
Amount will vary according to the length of the rope Examples:
27" rope using three colors of twin beads, with three stitches per round weighs 50 grams so you’d use about 17 grams per color
31" rope using three colors of superduos, with three stitches per round weights 52 grams so you’d use about 17.4 grams per color
27" rope using two colors of superduos with four stitches per round (two per color) weighs 64 grams so you’d need about 32 grams of each color
Don’t forget to allow some extra for culling. They won’t all be perfect.
Size 15/0 seedbeads or size 11/0 Demi-Round beads
Thread - 6# Fireline is what I used.
Needle - Size 11 or 12 beading needle Stop bead - you can use any seedbead size 8/0 or larger or one of your twin beads
Bobbin to wind your thread around while working
(optional)
6" piece of scrap thread - preferably in an obviously contrasting color
